I’ve 2 questions about [2advanced.com](http://2advanced.com).

1. What’s the blue anim in the audio preferences panel ?

2. How did the developer move water under the machines?

Can anyone explain in a very simple manner how i can get those effects.
Thankyou.

No. 1 was probably done with a plugin in after effects and then later turned into an animation frame by frame in flash. But if your good enough with animation you could definately do that effect with frame by frame using photoshop.

The water effect was done using a 3D program like SoftImage, lightwave, maya, or 3D studio MAX. They probably took the frames from the final render of the 3d water animtion and did a FbF in flash. These 3D programs are also responsible for the trendy polygon explosion wallpapers that have been popping up everywhere since the early zero’s.

Simple!
Open an Image in Photoshop
Use a Radial Blur of 10%-----\> Save your Image as 1.jpg
Use a Radial Blur of 20%-----\> Save your Image as 2.jpg
Use a Radial Blur of 30%-----\> Save your Image as 3.jpg
Use a Radial Blur of 40%-----\> Save your Image as 4.jpg
Use a Radial Blur of 50%-----\> Save your Image as 5.jpg
Use a Radial Blur of 60%-----\> Save your Image as 6.jpg
Use a Radial Blur of 70%-----\> Save your Image as 7.jpg
Use a Radial Blur of 80%-----\> Save your Image as 8.jpg
Use a Radial Blur of 90%-----\> Save your Image as 9.jpg
Use a Radial Blur of 100%-----\> Save your Image as 10.jpg

Now Open up Flash and Import all the \*.jpegs and insert 10 Keyframes and place each individual image from 1 to 10 frames

Simple wasnt it!
try out each plugin in Photoshop with different settings, but becareful of the file size in Flash!

Cheers,
Bj

@Peace

The small tips were just small ideas, U can try different effects using different plugins and filters by just changing each setting even u can use the lightening effect or u can use the swirl, spherize, water ripples,.etc.

To be more adavanced, i guess 2A used After Effects and exporeted as a small swf!
To get that effect smooth…They have experimented on different compression methods and got the final output.

Cheers,
Bj
