Ok, so I got my Dell about 4 months ago … It is running Vista 32 bit… I just recently moved and have to use DSL from Yahoo/ATT etc. … I got service, all the bells and whistles etc. yesterday… Everything works great on my tablet PC that is running XP … I can’t even get an IP from the 2WIRE box from my Desktop running Vista, it doesn’t seem to even know that I’ve connected it … So, I call ATT/Yahoo to troubleshoot with a technician, after 45 mins. still no answer, other than him telling me it’s my network card … Nope not that, just to prove him wrong I brought it in to work today and tested it - works great! … So, any suggestions? Has anyone else had to deal with this? Is this a driver problem, a firmware problem, or a Vista problem…? ATT/Yahoo says that everything they supplied me with is Vista compatible … I call BS.
