# 301 redirect

HI

Does anyone know how to redirect my old.htm to new.htm  
(both pointing at same site)

I tried .htaccess 301 redirect but found out my windows server doesn’t support it.

I dont have clue about asp.

Anyone have any ideas.

Please help before google shuts me out.
