# 40" Plasma Screen help

I wonder if any body could help me. I am currently working on a flash presentation which will be running on a 40" Plasma Screen. What’s the perfect size to set up my flash file. At the moment my file is 800 x 600 pixels. I only have one .jepg at the intro and the rest of the presentation is vector based.
