yea you wish its over 1 million dollars I say we all chip and see if we can make it and name it k-ville and we all can live there talking about computer and photoshop and flash. and each of our house will have a link to our website. ---

That’s cheap land. 83 acres anywhere else in Cali will run well over 10milllion. 83 acres isn’t much for a town though, just to let you know. If you wanted a shopping center alone, that’d take up what, 30-40 acres. You afterall need parking, plus all of the basics. Considering the average house sits on 1/4 an acre of land, you’d only be able to have about 120 houses in the entire town. I’d just build condos and a huge mall to make it an attraction 😃 I’ve also been looking for land for an airport, the flat grasslands would work perfectally 🙂 Oh yeah, anyone remember the airport sold on ebay, I believe it went somewhere near 100mil, I forget. ---

You could probably make 10,000,000 if you resold that land for double the price, that guy is a moron, despite the infertility. James Rouse, or someone else would easily buy that and build it up. ---
