# A flash newbie needing help on buttons

Hi Guys

Im a flash newbie, whos been following the kirupa tutorials. Im currently working on the “sliding menu” tutorial ([http://www.kirupa.com/developer/flash8/slidingMenu.htm](http://www.kirupa.com/developer/flash8/slidingMenu.htm)).

However I really want the buttons to show a different state when it visits the correct page. eg pink button will change grey when it lands on the pink page.

Can anyone help me?
