Hello guys,  
Firstly, please read this only if you are really serious about friendly and long-term relation and will work within our requirements as outlined below.  
I am in need of a highly skilled programmer who will work for me for a medium price. I won’t accept people who charge high fees.(like,medium fees are **One** CSS/XHTML/HTML page costing 100-150$).  
Please read the requirements below needed from the programmer.

1. Should accept Payment only through PAYPAL.

2. Should be able to work flexibly(sometimes much work…sometimes no work)

3. Should be able to handle multiple projects at a time.

4. WILL SHOW THE COMPLETE DEMO OF PROJECT COMPLETED BEFORE ANY PAYMENT.

1. SHOULD HAVE A **LOGO OR GRAPHIC** (LOGO SIZE) FOR HIS SITE RECOGNITION.

**Please take your time to finalize if you really meet our reqiurements.**  
I don’t want people who have minor experience or lack in any of above requirements to post reply just for the sake of replying.  
I don’t need a company or group of individuals. I am looking for a _perfect highly skilled, friendly as well as professional individual_ to work with me.
