Does anyone know how to include those tags that KirupaForum has? The sarcasm/off-topic etc tags

I don’t want to know how to add them into a post, but how to add them to be used in another forum. I’ve searched [vbulletin.org](http://vbulletin.org) and can’t seem to find anything?
