Hello! I am making a website which will be used by the visitors to search for jobs. I have a friend who is making the programming, and I have the design ready to make. Now the only question is. How should I implement my design in a html site. I have used dreamweaver before to customize and pubblish my flash sites and making small changes. The design is [http://www.da-media.net/jobb3/](http://www.da-media.net/jobb3/) . So what would be the best way to do this in html? any special techniques? Any good tutorials?

Thanks alot in advance!!
