# A quick time and date question

Hi there everybody, I am currently working on a Flash 5 file that will give viewers the right time in London, New York, Sydney and Tokyo. Four clock-faces with hands are used to display the time, and I have used UTC + or - the hours instead of myDate to give the right time for each clock.  
Is there a xml feed or something like this from a site that anyone knows of or should I stick with what I am doing to give the best results?
