# A red line is drawn to the exit link

To see what I’m trying to understand click on this link:

then go to the menu and select education, click the first sub link under education, once there allow for the screen to load, and then click anywhere outside the black border where the text is. You should notice a red line is drawn to the exit link.

Does anyone understand the basic concept of this?
