# A unique contact form challege

Im trying to design a contact that will email me information some has filled out, but the php file must be hosted on another website. Someone has told me this can not be done, But I have seen it done before. Here are two example on the same webpage.

1. This first form is actually a for ringtones on the left side of the page. It says:“Enter your mobile number below to receive text updates from underOATH and a free UO ringtone”.

1. This one is not to far below the ringtone form and is also on the left side of the page. However this one is in a flash movie. The movie is titled (Underoath “Define the great line” Teaser).

Be aware that myspace does not allow users to upload php file to the server so the php must be hosted on a different site.

My goal is to hopefully make a button that when click will show a contact form and when finish will disappear and only the button will be displayed.

Does anyone know how to go about this? Thanks
