So here’s the situation. I have a large movieclip (4x movie width) and i wrote a function to scroll between those frames. In the background clouds are moving slowly over the stage (also with actionscript). When I scoll, everything slows down. Is there a way to pauze the actionscript or at least the clouds, until the scolling had been finished?

Anyone experienced the same problem?

Any reply is welcome 🙂

Well, do you have the \_alpha property for your cloud mc and/or your large mc set to less than 100%?
And whats the actionscript you got running?

No, no \_alpha set for neither the cloud, nor the mc.
