# About a tutorial

I’m a newbie to flash, so my question might seems stupid. Anyway, in the string tutorial ([http://www.kirupa.com/developer/actionscript/string.htm](http://www.kirupa.com/developer/actionscript/string.htm)), I want to change the code a little bit by creating an Input Text. A random number will be typed in that text instead of having a fixed, pre-set number.  
But I couldn’t. Anybody shows me how?
