Got a class, lets call it ‘SomeClass’, the class defines a public static const called SOME\_EVENT which is a string\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_Trying to access this via the type name throws the above error…?!?\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_Anyone seen this before?\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_e.g. in a function in another class:

```auto
trace(SomeClass.SOME_EVENT);
```

Throws the error\_\_\_\_\_\_WTF?\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_FlashDevelop resolves the member with no issues - but flash is having a fit. If I comment it out, it works (but I’m missing some functionality!)\_\_\__ **Comparing it to other static consts that work… they are the same!** _ Sorry had to edit, no idea why my CRLFs are being eaten…!?"?
