Hi! Could someone please direct me towards a tutorial for how to make an animated loop of glows or sparkles, similar to the effect used on this website layout?

I’m new to Flash so I’m not sure what I should be searching for ![](http://www.flashadvisor.com/forum/images/smilies/confused.gif)

I really like the outcome of this tut: [http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/snow.htm](http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/snow.htm)

But instead of the snow falling straight down, I wanted to make it spin around slowly in circles =(
