We are currently searching for an experienced Action Script Programmer  
who can quickly understand the code of our current web conferencing  
application developed using Actionscript 2.0 and related flash  
components and provide with feature enhancements

_Absolute Skills Required:_

- Action Script Programming
- Flash Media Server - server side scripting

- Flash objects and component design

```

The individual is expected to begin work remotely and on contract  
basis which could change into a long term association with the company.
