# Action script text animation

hi, I have found this tutorial on [kirupa.com](http://kirupa.com) - [http://www.kirupa.com/developer/actionscript/ascript\_text\_animation.htm](http://www.kirupa.com/developer/actionscript/ascript_text_animation.htm)

I need it to be a movie clip, that can be placed on stage. With no main file layers used. Everything placed in movie clip. I tried to do it, but didn’t succeed.  
Can anybody point me in a right direction? I would greatly appreciate it.
