# Actionscript duplicates \<?xml version="1.0" ?\>

My XML file has duplicates of the tag \<?xml version=“1.0” ?\>. I know it is being added somewhere between sending my formated XML object and loading it. I have one XML object that I send and load to. I’m wondering if that has anything to do with it. Has anyone seen this, or had this problem before?
