# Actionscript in FLV?

Hi, I’m semi new to flash so I’m sorry if this is a silly question.

I want to make a streaming video for the web in flash, but I want to make several stop points with a button to progress to the next scene and play. I know how to do this using actionscript, but I was wondering if these actions would convert over to a FLV… or are they only available in the swf format?

If this isn’t possible, is there a different way to accomplish this without using actionscript? Again, all I want to do is pretty much have a point where the video stops and the user has to click to move on to the next section of the video.
