# Adapter to hook PC only devices to mac?

is there any kind of adapter or something like that, that allows you to connect PC only devices to MAC?

I have this mp3 player [Vaio Pocket Player] and it’s only compatible with PC, so I’m thinking is there any adapter that helps MAC to read it as an external hard drive?
