# Adding Components To Datagrid

Hi,

For the past while I’ve unsuccessfully being trying to figure out how to add a button (or movieclip) to a cell in a datagrid.

You can see what I’ve been at here (not much to show for the hours spent :()

To date I havn’t been able to figure it out on my own and I really need some help.

The examples I’ve found are all in AS2. I cant find a working AS3 example anywhere.

Also I’ve gotten hugely confused because some examples extend the UIComponent while others Implement ICellRenderer.

I’d really appreciate it if someone could help me out on this one and give me the definitive “this is how you do it”
