Im putting together a very simple site for a band, but to brighten it up a bit theres a flash driven photo/menu.

What I want to do is add twinkling stars to the sky in the photo. Seems simple, but I cant get it to look right. Any ideas or links to tutorials would be appreciated.

Cheers.
