I can’t find Address Book on my installation of OS X 10.4.6

Programs that access Adress Book still have all the information, so I believe it’s still lurking somewhere. It’s not showing up in my Applications folder and doesn’t show up in Spotlight either.

I tried reinstalling from the OS X discs but gave up because it was massively slow and there was no option just to install the one program. Any ideas? This blows ☹
