need help on creating a flash Racing game similar to F1 racing. 4 players and 3 cpu player. Players and cpu are move automatically on start and user can choose which player to slow down during race of 30 rounds by click on a button…

are there any guide to create this game? help is very much appreciated. Thanks a million!
