Im currently saving for a new computer, which I hope to buy all the parts next year and hook it all up. I have around 550€ saved, and that has taken me a couple months to do. I’m not sure if I should get the upgrade or continue saving, or should i strike a deal with my parents for Photoshop CS3?

HELP

PS: I can get Photoshop tax free.
