# Advise needed

Ok, 16, just broke out of school. Literally today. Had my last test.

And I was looking at some jobs on the net involved in web-design and information technology, and most of them have ‘experience required : 1 - 2 years’ attatched.  
Now I have been tinkering with web-design for over a year… But im guessing this doesnt count?

Well what I really wanna know is, what should I be learning? What do employers really like to see? And what type of experience DOES count? :pleased:
