# Affecty ofZ-index on SWF file

i have problem with working of Z-index with SWF file.  
i have menu \<div\> tag. inside that content\<div\> tag.

My problem is i use CSS dropdown menus they have a Z-Index of 999 & Z-index of file is -99.

When i embed the flash(.SWF) the menus go behind the flash file If anybody has any ideas let me know.

But, this is working with Firefox 7 problem occurs with IE…

I have also tried for \<param name=“wmode” value=“transparent”\>  
then also not working,.

Give me atleast 2 /3 solutions … Its urgent…
