# After Effects 6.0 on mac: Fractal Noise MIA?

I’d like to first say that I am a total After Effects noob.

I can’t find the Fractal Noise effect anywhere. I made a new comp, put in a solid, effect \> render and it isn’t there. I’ve checked everywhere else. Is there an After Effects 6 PRO or something? and normal 6 doesn’t have the fractal noise? This is annoying the heck out of me.
