After effects rendering

I have a little issue here, i want to bring one of my compositions online, so when rendering in any format the file size is still huge, it comes to 10, 15mb and my movie is only 2 minutes long, plus without sound (isn’t that too much?)

no matter what compression i set, it does not go lower then 10 megabytes

i mean I’ve seen movies online which are much longer in length and much smaller in file size, mostly quick time movies which are in a good quality and very very friendly file size,

i dont want to embed it into flash, i mean I want it to remain in a video format, like quick time or mpeg, etc…

Any suggestions anyone?

Thanks in advance
