# After effects tutorials

Hey everybody can does someone have some good after effects tutorials ?  
I seen alot of them but they all focus on video stuff.  
I want to learn more about using illustrator in after effects and give it the feel like the mtv commercials. Does somebody have some good tutorials for this style of after effects use ?  
A gotoandlearn version for after effects would be the best.
