# \[AIR} Hiding Notification/Status Bar on an Andriod device?

I have uploaded an app via USB to my Android phone.

My issue is that the phones top bar or notification bar that contains the time and icons for connectivity and powerlevel are still there taking up valuable pixels along the top of the screen.

Whats the code to hide this top bar or Where exactly is the setting to do this?🔗

I am using the CS6 Trial and I believe a flex SDK.
