Animation with a bitmap image

I have a bitmap drawing of a character whose head and arms are supposed to move ;

arms move to give expression when it talks as well as head ;

Bitmap image has been broken apart , head and arms have been clipped from the body and pasted in a individual layer ;

aliasing problem occurs when I skew the arm , or head , at a certain necessary angle , so that images appear to be jagged ;

is there a way to avoid it /?

Flash automatically anti-aliases everything that isn’t on exact pixels, so there’s not much you can do about that.

Unless you set your movie quality to low. Sometimes that works :-\
