“Unifying data siloed across spreadsheets and legacy systems” is basically my entire day job, and it’s never the model that slows you down — it’s arguing about what the columns mean and who “owns” the truth. If Altara can get teams to agree on definitions without a six-month migration project, that’s the real win.
