I know that i could easily build a div structure which would act like a Frameset, but is it possible to load an external page source into a div?

For example the following is a frameset which loads an external website into the middle frame: [http://pushstudio.com/clients/circle2/directors/director.htm](http://pushstudio.com/clients/circle2/directors/director.htm)

Thanks in advance.
