I have a list of things I want to learn. I think there in order of how I should learn them, but I am open to suggestions. I cant say this is all but this is what I want to know now in my quest of being a Web Designer for now. I wanted to know in what order should I learn them if this order isn’t correct? I have the Adobe Web Premium CS3. I like the Web 2.0 approach to design as well as , Grunge, and retro styles. I am always gonna be a 70’s, 80’s, 90’s kinda person on style. I have been to school and got my BFA in Visual Communication/Digital Design and learned a lot when I was doing it all the time, but I never really got into the business probably because I studied and practiced long enough to do what I needed for a grade not long enough to do it on a regular basis considering I was hoping to get a job when I got out of school, plus it didn’t help taking that dead end promotion, because I was trying to be comfortable and the money looked good along with the benefits. I have a good eye for design. I just haven’t learned my tools very well as I should have to display it. My school work was okay as far that art work, but I know I can do better than that. I have had some nice interviews or offer from government contractors and art firms, but knew I had lacked in practice, but they claimed they where looking for entry-level the only reason I even went. I want to be better than entry-level since time has grown. I am making up for lost time of 2yrs. So thats why I am seeking advice. I have looked around to see what I should know as far as programming languages or design and data applications. Since I have reached the top of my chain in my career at my job. I am looking to spark a love interest I never gave up on I just ignored Design.
