I have someone interested in a way for someone to use a kiosk as a “video photo booth”. Basically, i need to have a flash app record a min or so of dv ntsc broadcast-quality video and save it to a file. It needs to be quite idiot proof so that the user simply hits record, it record for a bit, and saves a file…ready for next user…

Is this possible in flash alone? Would i also need a screen capture app? Is broadcast qualtiy video possible?
