hi everyone! so i am working on a website and i have something that resembles a korean character (similar to those chinese characters or “kanji”) well anyway… i would really like it to seem like the letters are being painted on stroke by stroke… in a flash movie… is there an easy way to do this? and i already have the “character” that i want to use… its actually a logo… that was made in illustrator… is there no way out of this but to re-make the logo in flash? because that would be really dificult… im actually thinking if this would work… keeping the imported image and putting a layer over it that would cover the different strokes and reveal it by tweening the “cover”… well if anyone has an idea please let me know thanks ---

Hmmm… I’m not sure what would be the easiest way of going about this. I guess it would depend on how complicated the character is. It’s rare that I’ll suggest this, but perhaps you’d be best off with a frame-by-frame animation. Break apart the character, then reveal a little bit in each frame, to get the brush stroke effect? ---

attach the image as a bitmap and i will vectorize it.
