# Annoying Start Up Stuff

Everytime I log on (im using Windows), the computer opens the system32 folder. I also like the computer to ‘Show window contents while dragging’ (right-click on desktop \> Properties \> Appearance \> Effects) and it NEVER remembers that I have selected it, so I have to to change the setting every time I log on.

It’s such a pain, anyone have an idea why its being so retarded?
