# Another External Movie question!

Sorry if this has been asked before. I couldn’t find this specific question so here goes: I have a base layer animation for my main movie. There are buttons that call up another movie. I used the [Kirupa.com](http://Kirupa.com) transition between external mc’s and it works. My problem is that in my externally loaded movie, there is another menu that will call up 8 more individual movies.

When you click on “directors” there is a transition while the directors.swf menu loads in the main movie’s “stage” area that I masked and assigned in the main movie. The 8 directors names come up and when you select a director’s name, I want that menu to disappear and the another movie to load in its place.

Make sense?

Everything I have tried seems not to work.
