Hey guys,  
[ArsThanea](http://www.arsthanea.com/)just recently updated their beautiful site again and I adore the rollover effect they are using on the content section of their website(Read More, View Services, and View Work). I can’t figure out how they are doing it. Have any of you seen something similar elsewhere that I could look at?
