any idea that why does my fla file (size:1.88mb) taking so long time(approx 35-40 mins:{ to publish it?

??? 35 to 40 mins?? Sorry i’m afraid i don’t, i’ve had files that would take ten or 15 minutes, but that’s been files full of video and voiceovers and stuff. For a 1.88mb file that’s crazy. Fraid i don’t know what the problem is. Have you downloaded the lastest 7.2 patch that just came out recently? I remember it saying something about decreasing compile times, i haven’t noticed a difference but maybe in your case that could be the issue. Fraid i’m not much help.
