Any sign makers here? professional known as industrial designers.

Need some helpful tips on what materials would be the best to use for a menu display sign for a lunch shop.

Also based on the material , what would be possible to design on the sign ( eg, 4 colour sign or 2 colour?)

any help will be greatly appreciated.
