I am new in actionscript and I want to get some ideas what book or CD should I buy for detail actionscripting with explanations and tutorials

depending on your level, you might also check out the Flash MX Actionscript Bible by Robert Reinhardt and Joey Lott. some free chapters are available at [Flash Support](http://www.flashsupport.com)
also, from a more design standpoint, this book is really good:
