hi, i am wondering if anyone has any idea how the squiggle line effect on this website is done. [www.wearbody.com.au](http://www.wearbody.com.au) click on any page other than the homepage.

also, how does one get this button effect where if i rollover one one button on my navigation bar, the rest fade? see [www.exopolis.com](http://www.exopolis.com).

anyone who can point me in the direction of a good tutorial or provide me with some help is much appreciated!!
