# Anyone noe anyways to clear your mind off things?

i am 16 years old and at the moment i have ots of things going through my life and. i have tried many different techniques such as: sit in the tub; yoga; prayers;sleeping and many others…i, right now want to clear my mind of everything…but ervey time i do that something pops up in my mind…do u people have any suggestions on how to clear your mind
