# Anyone used GeoIp in PEAR repositry?

This is my first time using anything from PEAR, and in trying to find out where to begin, I keep being told I need to ‘compile’ the extension myself.

After hours googling all I can find are articles that presume the reader knows what this is/how to do it …can anyone point me in the right direction??
