[font=Arial Black][size=4][color=black]HI…[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Arial Black][color=black]everywhere on the internet I seem to run into theese [color=red]pixel arcade kinda pictures[/color]… i was wondering if there is a certain way to draw theese… and if any of you guys could tell me :)[/color][/font]

i think u have to draw it all from a 1 pixel sized brush and just use different colours to make shades etc

first thing you need to know about drawing pixelpictures:  
the people who have the knowledge prefer to read normal letters.  
and with normal, i mean:  
no 1337  
no CAPSLOCK  
no exaggeration of the features bold and color \<—hint
