Ars says four astronauts have now committed to a Moon mission, with the piece framing it as a major milestone for NASA’s current lunar push and a sign that the crew side is finally.

It is a real milestone, but crew assignment can make a program feel more settled than the hardware and schedule actually are, so I would treat this as commitment on paper until Orion, SLS, and the broader stack prove they can hold dates.
