# AS for Forms. How to...?

I want to create an inteligent form.

A user must select an number of options in textbox drop-down menus, radio buttons, checkboxes etc.

But they are instructed to select certain options, if they succeed in selecting the correct options they click an OK or submit button, and a message or mc plays to let them know they r correct or not.

Any Tutorials? Or is this even possible?
